Support for Deye batteries
Service and warranty requests for storage you bought from us, monitoring with Deye Cloud, and the manufacturer's own tools for checks only Deye can do.
Service and warranty through your seller
If you bought your equipment from SECURISTIKA SRL, we are your first point of contact. Send us:
- the model and serial number of the unit,
- the invoice number or order reference,
- a short description of the fault, with photos of the display or the alarm codes if you can,
- and, if the system is online, access to its monitoring for the installer who checks it.
Product warranties are given by the manufacturer, on the terms Deye publishes for the product and the region. We check the case with you and your installer and take it up with the manufacturer. If you bought elsewhere, contact your seller first.
Monitoring with Deye Cloud
Deye inverters and storage systems connect to Deye Cloud through a data logger, so the owner and the installer can follow production, battery state and alarms from a browser or the app.

Frequently asked questions
Which inverter does this battery work with?
Low-voltage batteries pair with low-voltage hybrid inverters and high-voltage batteries with high-voltage ones. The definitive answer is the battery compatibility list in the inverter datasheet — send us both models and we check.
Can I add capacity later?
Most modular Deye batteries can be extended within the limits in their datasheet. Adding modules of a different age or firmware can have conditions; ask us before you order.
Why are some Deye batteries missing?
We list only models the manufacturer offers for the EU. Models marked for other markets only — North America, Japan, China or Australia, for example — are left out.
Where do I find the latest brochure or datasheet?
On each product page and in the downloads centre. The links open the manufacturer's current file.
Why are there no prices?
Prices depend on configuration, quantities, availability and delivery, so we quote each request in writing. Nothing is sold directly on this website.
