About
Two companies, two roles
This website is run by a dealer, not by the company that makes the batteries. Here is who does what.
The manufacturer
Deye
Deye is a manufacturer of solar inverters and energy storage based in Ningbo, China. Its inverter range is published by Ningbo Deye Inverter Technology Co., Ltd.; the battery and storage range by Ningbo Deye Technology Co., Ltd..
The storage range covers low- and high-voltage batteries for homes, all-in-one systems, commercial and industrial storage and utility-scale battery systems.
The manufacturer designs and builds the products, publishes their datasheets, manuals and certificates, and gives the product warranty on its own terms. Product images, specifications and documents on this website are Deye's.
The dealer
SECURISTIKA SRL
SECURISTIKA SRL is a Romanian company that sells solar and storage equipment. It operates deye-batteries.com and deye-inverters.com as an independent dealer: it quotes, sells and delivers Deye products and is your contact for orders and service requests. It is not part of Deye and does not speak for the manufacturer.

What the dealer does

What the dealer does not do
- It does not set the manufacturer's warranty terms — those come from Deye.
- It does not publish prices online or take payments on this website.
- It does not design or install systems through this website; installation belongs with qualified installers in your country.
- It does not speak for Deye or represent the manufacturer.
